I have tried Quesabirria from several places and Delicias Rosita's is the best, in my opinion. The side of consume is more like a small bowl of soup that includes meat, chickpeas, cilantro, and onion. So delicious!
Melissa KAMAZING. The Quesabirria tacos were tender,juicy, and full of meat, the broth was still piping hot, full of onions and cilantro, and packed with flavor. The Sopes were piled to the brim with fresh topings, with a creamy avocado sauce and a thick, dense tortilla. This was the perfect size to fill up on, and you wont end up hungry once you're done.
